🎉 Thursday, April 4, 2024: Affording Equity Panel Discussion

This Health Equity Week we celebrated “Affording Equity” because Connecticut residents can not afford what they need to stay healthy. Some have huge medical bills, others worry about not having a stable place to live, and many are stressed about paying off student loans. “Affording Equity” reminds us how important it is to tackle these problems so everyone can have a fair chance to access what they need for a good and healthy life.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to all who participated in this year’s panel. Their presence enriched our discussions, allowing us to glean insights from experts on strategies to tackle inequities in affording health. Together, we’ll collaborate with legislators and channel our collective voices to address these concerns head-on.
