Duwa Amin brings a passion for health equity and a strong background in both global and U.S. health systems. Prior to joining Health Equity Solutions, Duwa worked at the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) in the Bureau for Global Health, where she contributed to the President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR) to help combat the global HIV epidemic. Before her time at USAID, she worked at the Yale Center for Outcomes Research and Evaluation, collaborating with the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) to develop innovative health care quality measures. Duwa holds a Master of Public Health with a concentration in Global Health and a Bachelor of Science in Health Science, both from Boston University.
